Nicely made selection of dilators, There is quite a selection of sizes so one will likely work. The dilators are well made with no seams. They do not have much give to them. They do jump in size quite a bit from one to the next. Depending on your purpose, this could be a bit challenging.

So far so good I have been able to go up in resistance. I do feel my muscles getting a lot stronger. The only thing is obviously it’s just a little awkward to put it in but I try to do it while them in the shower. I like to do 3 sets of 10 with a minute to rest in between everyday.

Made of safe material, it has a slightly flexible touch to it, unlike the hard plastic ones. It washes off well. Start with smaller sizes and work up to larger sizes. Use plenty of lubricant. Insert at bedtime for 15 minutes. Use for approximately a week before graduating to the next larger size. This is great for older women who have post-menopausal dryness in the vaginal area. It also helps fight vaginal thinning and weakness over time. Especially if you tend to go weeks at a time between intimacy, this keeps you stretched and in shape so you avoid discomfort during intimacy.
