Love the sensations from this. Once sealed and you start pumping – wow! Using with the VitalityMedico Trigger Pump (Item: 005), which works perfectly and hasn’t left me wantingat all giving very string suction. Seeing (and feeling) what it’s doing as the suction rises is as big of a mental buzz as it is a physical one. I’m sure any back-door player will love having this one in their collection – I am positively delighted with this! PROs: Seems to be good quality manufacture and doesn’t appear likely to crack, as I have seen reported with other types on the market. The profiled edge is perfect for finding an easy ‘seal’ and that shaft is really easy to get fully home. CONs: Would be nice to see larger shaft diameter & length options for those who enjoy feeling a little more ‘fullness’ while pumping. Some profiling of any shaft options could make things even more interesting. With the shaft being secured to the ‘cup’ by a hex key bolt this does seem to be possible.

I have been looking forward to owning one of these for a long time. Now that I have one I got to use it right away. I need to use it regularly to get the best out of it and achieve my goals. First time users..lube center rod,insert into anus,spread cheeks and push cylinder until seated against flesh. Start pumping until suction holds cylinder and then pump to atain goal. PROs: Made with good quality materials which should last for years. Makes a great seal and suction accomplishing a rosebud in minutes. CONs: A instruction sheet for basic safety.
