I have stenosis and very quickly am on third size. Kit comes with a small amount of Slippery Stuff and carrier. Make sure you check with your doctor on how long and often to use. A few websites recommend upto 30 minutes but that seems too long for the effect personally speaking.

The set comes with an instructional sheet of how to properly use them for beginners like myself, and with sample lubricant.
