I love this thing so much I bought one for my sister. I’ve been in pelvic floor physical therapy for years and this thing has changed the game for my home self care. I can now get to all thr deep internal spots independently whenever I feel it getting too tight.

This has helped me after one use! I fractured my coccyx 3 years ago and the pain has been persistent. I have had physio, chiropractor, steroid injection and medication. The pain still persists and comes back. After a lot of reading about internal procedures (via rectum) I decided to try it. I’m so glad I did. After using it I didn’t really know if I had done it right and felt a bit disheartened (and a bit sore) however, the next day I have sat down with a significant reduction in my pain. This is so worth the money to say how much I have spent on this injury over the years. I feel like my tight sore muscles have been freed! Thank you.

Kids wanted a birthday party themed with Captain hook and I just so happen to stumble upon these hooks you use to be in character. You will have to paint them black for some reason, it comes purple. Also the parents of the other kids will not help do any of this for you so be prepared to go at it alone. The parents were obviously wanting to leave early as well and were stealing the hooks and we’re trying to be discreet about it. It’s just costume hooks people get with the program and quit being weird

I have interstitial cystitis, vulvodynia, major pelvic floor dysfunction that sometimes only improves with sex. This hits all my trigger points in a gentle way, and very beginner friendly. Really life changing

Great for pelvic floor PT on your own. Used under guidance from a specialist physical therapist. She was not able to officially to it, but once I did she told me it is one of the better wands for home use. Worth every Penny of investment!

Discretly packaged. Received promptly. This medical instrument was suggested by a licensed physical therapist for treatment of Pelvic Floor Dysfunction. Ships with a lovely velvet bag to keep clean and discreet. Instructions included, coupon included for future products. Ideal for gentle intrapelvic massage, the wands allows you to massage irritable, tight or sore trigger points in the pelvic floor musculature to relieve pelvic discomfort and pain while controlling the exact amount and location of pressure applied. Unless you have experienced the discomfort of pelvic floor dysfunction, you would not understand how much this helps. Who knew?!

Someone who suffers tight pelvic floor. This contraption has realease that pain. Wish o knew about his product years ago. Such a simple design but a very effective product. If your really right yes there will be an uncomfortable pressure pain but then the pain is gone same day or the next day depending how tight you were on the first place

my PT recommended this item. I think it’s really well-made and thought out. So far, I’m happy with this product. I think it’s worth the price as well. I really wish I didn’t need it, but I’m happy there’s a product out here to help release PF tightness.
