Nicely made, quality product, exactly the dimensions as described. Feels good, battery on/off is easy to use, feels good and works well. Wife loves watching it slowly disappear, is comfortable and vibrations are not too intense but could be a little bit more without being uncomfortable. To make it with adjustable vibration level would make it more bulky which might be a problem. The only way to do that would be to have a battery pack and switch system that is remote to the unit with a connecting wire and plug. Otherwise no suggestions to make it better.
